That's a good point about audience. It's easy to forget that the target for these books is likely not the people who are immersed in it day-in-day-out.

I read this in about 30 minutes last week. It's certainly nothing earth shattering, but it's a book I'd recommend to anyone who doesn't get where social media is leading us.

"Good to Great" - yeah, I read that years ago. I recommended it to a friend who was trying to improve things at his company. He told me what he really needed was "Bad to Good". ;)

If you've read Jim Collins "Good to Great" then it fits under both "Level 5 Leaders... Creating a framework for entrepreneurship" and "Technology as an Accelerator". Good listen!!!

Getting it now

I'm about 2.5 hours in. Definitely worth a listen. There are a lot of interesting tidbits about how natural communities form and are sustained by their leaders.
